Language Fundamentals specializes in delivering Spanish in the areas or Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia. We focus on expanding the knowledge of Spanish around the Washington DC Area, not only to close the existing communication gap between residents, but also to help those who have the need, will and desire to achive the ability to communicate in Spanish.

We focus on the individual needs and requests of the active Spanish learner. We deliver our clients what they want by first listening to what the desired outcome is. Language Fundamentals ensures that students remember what they learn so they can later use it and enjoy the personal growth it brings them!

Our name is designed to express who we are as a company. Not only do we believe that good communication is "fundamental" to productive relationships, but we also believe that this can be achieved through having "FUN". We have appropriately adopted a quote that we feel supports our philosophy as a company: "What we learn with pleasure, we never forget", by Alfred Mercier.

Language Fundamentals was founded in August 2006 by Marian Zapata. A native Spanish speaker from Granada, Spain.
